Nourishment – The gourmet organic vegetarian cuisine provided during this weekend immersion will be a menu featuring seasonal and local produce in addition to superfoods. Our chef will ensure that the meals inspire internal & external happiness and health. Many vegan and gluten-free options will be available.
Essential Oils: A Continual Experience – We’ll be learning about Essential Oils by experience throughout the entire weekend. Specific therapeutic oils have been selected to create a mood, set an intention or help create ease in the body as part of many of the activities each day. You’ll receive a booklet full of information about oils (what they are, why we use them), why we’re using certain oils throughout ‘treat and how you can use them at home to enhance your wellness. There will be generous space for your own notes and curiosities, and I’ll be on hand all weekend to answer questions, provide ideas and assist your learning.
Rise Up – Open each morning outside with fresh air. Before breakfast, we’ll stretch our muscles, deepen our breath and reach toward the sun while rooting into the earth’s energy and getting our bones, soft tissue and organs geared up for a full, gorgeous and powerful day.
Hands, Feet, Arms and Face: Loving Up Our Tools of Connection – The perfect way to start our journey together. Getting grounded in our feet, rooted in our being and feeling supported by the Earth. Opening up our hands and arms to reach out and take it all in. Softening our jaws, brightening our eyes and squeezing away the remnants of what you’re leaving behind to be here. This workshop will include Essential Oils, The MELT Method, Acupressure, Stretching, Restorative Exercise and guided meditation to connect all points of the body.
The Embodied Voice – Deepen in the true expression of your voice by tapping into your body’s connection to your sound. Oftentimes people shy away from expressing or fully using their voices due in part to the narrow definition of music vs sound. Through accessing the fullness of your body, breath and movement your voice is able to flow and sound with greater resonance. In this class we will take time to focus on the breath, body/alignment and sound play in order to communicate more authentically and use our voices for pleasure as well as healing. Through journaling, principles of awareness and inhibition from the Alexander Technique as well as Somatic Voicework, the LoVetri Method, Qi Gong and body mapping, The Embodied Voice workshop is your chance to tap into another layer of your voice and therefore your truth.
Qoya – Qoya is a movement practice based on the idea that through movement we remember.
We remember our essence is wise, wild and free.

Fluidity, Ease & Resilience: A sensuous exploration of the midline – This sensual session is full of delicious explorations and movements to relax and open the the entire mid-line – core, chest, hips – to align and center. We’ll tap into the emotions associated with some of our vital organs and chakras and love them up with the aromas and frequencies of specific therapeutic essential oils and the rhythms and vibrations of inspiring music. We’ll feel, hear, smell and touch our way to juiciness in the body, resiliency in the core, joy and delight in our senses and fluid, ease-full movement in the body from head to toe.
Full Body MELT – a series of self-treatment techniques that helps you get out of chronic pain and improve your stability, alignment and balance. Using a specially-design soft foam roller, we’ll focus on rehydrating Connective Tissue, or Fascia to reduce muscle strain and joint compression while improving misalignments, increasing range of motion and calming your nervous system. It improves your self-awareness (body sense), empowering you to take care of yourself, to manage your aging process, your alignment, your pain and enabling your body to get back to an ideal state.
Letting Go Water Ritual – We will spend time contemplating and journaling about what we want or need to let go of. Something that is no longer serving us and perhaps holding us back from showing up in the world as fully as we want to. We’ll explore what we’ve learned from it, what we’re ready for and what work needs to be done to leave it behind. And with the support of essential oils, sacred smoke, fire, plant materia, as well as one another, we will hold a powerful outdoor water ceremony of release and shedding in order to step into what is next for us.
Bringing in Ritual and Bonfire – During this second writing session, we’ll explore what we want to invite into our lives, what and how we want to manifest and what work is needed to make that happen. We’ll look at what we want to step into and visualize what that might look like for ourselves. And with the support of smudging, essential oils, the elements and each other, we’ll create a burn ceremony by bonfire to make our wishes and intentions known to the universe.
Nature Walk – We’ll be spending a lot of time breathing in fresh clean air and soaking up the grounding and invigorating energies of nature throughout the weekend. Shoes off, lungs full, heart open, pulse slowing. And part of that for you may be simply be wandering. Saturday free time holds the option of earth exploration on simple trails.
Breathing Spell – In the midst of all this magic you will have a couple of hours of precious down time to breathe, integrate the work thus far, explore, connect, chat, nap, chill, walk alone (see above) or whatever pleases you.
Optional Private Sessions – If there is something you would like to personally address or more you want to learn or experience, there are some offerings available during the breathing spell. These are lovingly offered at a discounted rate and can be arranged at ‘treat or prior. Payment is handled directly with that practitioner.
